Howdy from Marathon, Texas! Marathon is a mostly quiet small town in SouthWestern Texas, just north of Big Bend National Park.
The Marathon Museum is located in the historic “Club House”, originally the site of the First Schoolhouse in Buchel-Brewster County. The Marathon Museum Society maintains the Museum, the old Buchel County Jail House, and is caretaker for collections of family and area history.
